Please note that the State Comptrollers Office has notified us that they may be onsite checking for Sales Tax Permits. Most occasional sellers are not required to have a permit if their yearly sales do not exceed $3000, but this is a complicated situation and we urge you to seek legal advice or contact the State Comptroller's office if you are not sure of your status. 

12th Big Country Swap Meet

10'X20' Pre-registration spaces are $35/space. Registration after preregistration, or at the event is $40 /space. Package of 5 or more spaces are $30/space with pre-registration or $35/space after deadline. The registration office hours are 7:30 AM-7 PM on Friday and 7:30 AM-Noon on Saturday.

How to register for the Big Country Swap meet:

If you wish to register by mail, click on the registration form download button, print it off, fill it out and return to Big Country Swap Meet, POB 1060, Abilene, Texas, 79604. Please make your checks payable to Big Country Swap Meet. Returned checks will incur a $40 fee.

To register online: Click the "Buy Now" button and select the type of spaces you wish and how many of each one. If you are requesting special accommodations such as pull-through, side by side, or other requests, please do so in the notes section. We will try to accommodate you, but can make no promises that we will be able to do so. Once all of your selections are made, pay by credit card or Paypal. We will email you your space stickers and numbers.
